Are you licensed, insured, and legally able to serve alcohol at my venue?
Yes. Tesoro Mobile Bar & Events is fully licensed and insured to provide mobile bartending services throughout Colorado. We work with private residences, venues, ranches, backyard weddings, Airbnb-style locations, and more. If your venue requires specific documentation, we’re happy to provide it.
How do you handle intoxicated guests or over-serving?
All bartenders on our team are TIPS certified, which means we’re professionally trained in responsible alcohol service. We follow strict safety guidelines, assess guest behavior throughout the event, and will politely limit service when someone has reached their limit. Guest safety is always our top priority.
Do you check IDs if minors are present?
Absolutely. If anyone appears under 30, we will ask for ID. We take alcohol safety seriously and maintain compliance with state laws and venue requirements.
What drinks do you serve?
We can serve beer, wine, seltzers, classic cocktails, signature cocktails, and fully custom drink menus. We also offer mocktails and zero-proof options for guests who don’t drink.
Can we create custom signature cocktails?
Yes! This is one of our favorite parts of the process. We can help you choose two signature drinks (His & Hers or themed options), refine the recipes, and design a custom printed drink menu that matches your wedding aesthetic.
Do you provide non-alcoholic drink options?
Absolutely. We offer mocktails, infused waters, sparkling drinks, and kid-friendly options so everyone at your event can enjoy a specialty beverage.
Do you supply glassware, ice, mixers, cups, garnishes, and bar tools?
Depending on the package you choose, we can provide cups, garnishes, mixers, napkins, straws, bar tools, and more. If you prefer to supply your own items, we also offer bartending-only packages. We’ll walk you through exactly what’s included to make sure everything is covered.
How much alcohol should we purchase for our guest count?
Once we receive your guest count, drink preferences, and event timeline, we create a customized shopping list so you know exactly how much to buy. This helps avoid overspending while ensuring you don’t run out during your event.
What’s included in your pricing packages?
Each package is clearly outlined but typically includes:
• Professional bartender(s)
• Setup and breakdown
• Ice, mixers, garnishes (depending on package)
• Custom menu design
• Bar tools and coolers
• 4–6 hours of service
We also offer add-ons like extra hours, mocktail stations, and cocktail upgrades.
What is your deposit and payment schedule?
We require a nonrefundable holding deposit to reserve your date, and the remaining balance is due prior to your event. We’ll review the full payment timeline in your contract.
Do you charge extra for overtime or late-night service?
Yes, events that extend beyond the contracted time will incur an hourly overtime fee. We’ll confirm all pricing upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
